"Broken Wings" was a film shot by Running Storm Productions for the inaugral 29 Days Later Film Project: to write, shoot, and edit a film in 29 days in order to produce a longer, more refined final film. Dean had seen me audition at Stonehenge and contacted me about the project, expressing interest in my performance as well as the makeup photos he had seen on my site. He then based the entire story of his film around the concept of my Bird makeup that he had seen on my site. The end result is a similar bird creature makeup, but more grungy and bloody than the original.
